[codex] add chaos catering event kit

What changed

• Added /chaos, a standalone Chaos Catering event-packet generator.
• Built a no-login, no-subscription intake flow for event type, headcount, budget, location, dietary notes, inventory, rules, and panic level.
• Generates a usable packet: menu order, shopping estimate, timeline, setup map, host commands, failure plan, invite copy, and printable signs.
• Added print and copy actions plus local browser persistence.
• Added a standalone visual system: receipt paper, cardboard, emergency red, mono logistics labels, harsh condensed type, and print styles.
• Hid the existing VNMSFX shell rail on /chaos so the product feels standalone.
• Updated ESLint ignores so generated .vercel output is not linted.

Validation

• npm run lint
• npm run build
• git diff --check
• Verified http://localhost:3000/chaos returns 200.
• Captured desktop and mobile Playwright screenshots for visual QA.

Notes

Vercel CLI is not installed globally in this workspace, so deployment is expected to run through the existing GitHub to Vercel integration after this branch/PR is pushed.
