Add the buildable Quranic parser source, immutable release evidence, independent-researcher documentation, disclosure gates, and reproducible CI. This is an ordinary deterministic Tool plus separate non-normative Data artifacts. The software release is reproducible, but the Quranic research lane remains NOT APPROVED. No CNS Model, CGN, Genius, normative-training, unrestricted Quranic correctness, or natural-Arabic readiness claim is authorized.
The v4 source retains a historical Arabic-PUD role label because it is Merkle-bound. The current classification and the reason it cannot be silently rewritten are explicit in
