Help new users find where to sign up and create an API key when running 'pegasus auth' for the first time.
Convert 'auth' into a group so scripts and agents can verify authentication without hitting an interactive prompt. The bare 'pegasus auth' command still redirects to login for backwards compatibility. Status exits 0 if authenticated, 1 if no key is found, and 2 if the key fails server verification. --no-verify skips the network check for offline use.
The string 'none' is a valid choice value for several project fields (ai_chat_mode, ai_image_mode, deploy_platform, etc.), so blanket-converting it to null made those values unsettable via --set. Now only an empty value (--set foo=) becomes null. The literal strings 'none' and 'null' pass through unchanged. Boolean coercion is unchanged.
The schema endpoint now returns choices as dicts ({"value": ..., "min_tier": ...})
instead of plain strings. Update the fields table to extract the value and
annotate per-choice tier requirements inline (e.g. 'react (basic)').
The renderer still tolerates plain string choices for compatibility.
Returns the raw API response as JSON (or [] when empty), so scripts and agents can pipe project listings without scraping the table output.
