### Connect to Claude Desktop

Claude Desktop launches the server itself, so don't run `uv run subtrack-mcp` manually for this —
just make sure the backend (step 1 above) is running. Add an entry to Claude Desktop's config
file (`~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json` on macOS):

`--directory` lets `uv` find this project's `pyproject.toml` and `.venv` regardless of Claude
Desktop's working directory. After saving the config, fully quit and reopen Claude Desktop — the
