adds noswap feature, removes DFU and extends ACTIVE instead.
swap DFU<>ACTIVE flashing (from RMK application) is then not possible. But for nrf DFU mode can still be entered with double tap of reset as before. But with noswap feature enabled we write the firmware directly into active.
also adds nrf52833 support.
