WK4 = Windows K4

Windows software project for remote control and integration of Elecraft K4/K4D transceivers over LAN.

Components

• WK4 Control — main UI: CAT/state control, panadapter/FFT, receive audio, mouse tuning, later waterfall and TX audio.
• WK4 CAT — virtual COM bridge for loggers/external software. A confirmed tested checkpoint is documented in docs/WK4_CAT_RECOVERY.md; its source archive still needs recovery.
• WK4 Core — planned common radio core shared by WK4 Control and WK4 CAT.

The portable ZIP in _release_asset_DO_NOT_COMMIT/ is intended for a GitHub Release asset, not normal source history.
