The two plan files were build scaffolding, not documentation. The larger one opens by instructing "agentic workers" to execute it task-by-task via checkbox lists, and together they were 6,861 of the 7,436 lines under docs/. Neither is useful to anyone reading the project now that the work has shipped. The design specs stay, since they explain why the plugin is built the way it is. They move from docs/superpowers/specs/ to docs/design/, because the old path described the tool that produced them rather than what they are. Em dashes in both are replaced, preserving the exact character width inside the ASCII data flow diagram so its borders stay aligned.
