Implemented a new, extensible OnlinePaymentsGateway for ActiveMerchant, supporting the OnlinePayments SDK/API (ANZ Worldline, PayOne, CAWL, etc). Use OnlinePaymentsGateway for ANZ Worldline, PayOneGateway for PayOne, and CawlGateway for CAWL.
Each gateway uses the correct endpoints and configuration automatically with test and prod API endpoints and default currency automatically selected.
