Playerlist Podder v2.2 - 2HG tweaks + Status

The extension now detects if players have been moved to the Registered Teams area and warns the user. EventLink's layout doesn't have enough space in that area to inject the pod and cEDH overrides.

It also now warns the user if there are still players in the lobby area.

Playerlist Podder v2.1 - 2HG event pages

2 Headed Giant event pages have a different layout. This updates the extension to use the "Standby List" section to set up the pod and cEDH overrides. It also includes some UI tweaks and tweaks to the injected text and override layout.

Playerlist Podder v2!

Rewrote a lot of things and moved the UI into Chrome's extension sidebar.

Added a cEHD checkbox so that podding cEDH players separately works better. Pod report header, non-4 preference, and total seats value are now saved.
