Description / Motivation
Create a new monitor that is able to check the health of different endpoints.
Detail
The API communication between the monitor and the service to check may require certs. This certs are saved in s3 but the check script needs them in a local storage.
Implemented
check_http_agent_s3_syncandsyncronize_local_with_s3to download, update and remove the certs from the s3.
