About

Rolls the Unreleased changelog section into 1.4.0 and bumps the package version. Tagging v1.4.0 after this lands is what builds the draft release.

Minor bump: the ship/POI/station badges (#3) are a new feature on top of the input-state and modal fixes from #74 / #77.

Testing

Ran the full CI gate locally before pushing: format:check (clean on tracked files), typecheck, test (944 passed, 9 skipped across 83 files), build.
