While I'm willing to add this to the list, it might make more sense to add it to the rmfakecloud documentation as an option for setting up the desktop application. |

This PR adds RMHook to the GUI Clients section.
RMHook is a dynamic library injection tool that patches the reMarkable Desktop macOS application to allow users to connect to self-hosted rmfakecloud servers instead of the official reMarkable cloud. This is useful for users who want to maintain control over their data by running their own cloud sync infrastructure.
The tool works by injecting a custom library into the official reMarkable Desktop app, redirecting cloud API calls to a user-specified rmfakecloud instance.
