dtutil

The "dtutil" is a tool written by me for Flattened Device Tree (FDT)
blobs decoding.
It is very simple and ugly in some places but works fine and
was very useful during FDT support implementation in custom
bootloader.
Feel use/modife/share it (as it is licensed under GPLv2)
