• replace the graph-era public docs with the canonical orca/v1 lane contract
• document dispatch, inspect, answer, resume, lanes, kill, agents, and contract
• explain lane vs. Codex task surfaces, durable envelopes, blocked question flow, exit codes, and legacy compatibility
• update the copyable Markdown reference, operator skill card, responsive layout, and reference tests
