Summary

  • added a SAM project policy requiring local PR critique to preserve the original issue/evidence context
  • confirmed existing knowledge for local vs SAM subtasks, checking ideas/PRs/artifacts, and /do push/PR expectations
  • tightened repo guidance for local subagent critique/review and failed SAM dispatch retry evidence, including outputBranch/profile/skill/mode checks
  • recorded the two-week audit evidence in a task file

Local subagent critique

  • Evidence/policy reviewer: recommended narrow edits, warned against broad no-staging language
  • Coherence reviewer: recommended keeping details in rule 09/rule 02 and avoiding duplication
  • Missing-updates reviewer: no response after repeated waits; shut down without output

Validation

  • git diff --check
  • pnpm install
  • pnpm format:check attempted; failed on pre-existing repo-wide formatting drift across 2,297 files
  • targeted Prettier was tried, but formatter-only churn was reverted to keep the diff narrow

Staging

Skipped: docs/instruction/task-record-only change, no runtime code to deploy.

Merge

Draft PR only. Do not merge without later explicit authorization.
