Summary

  • Add exact-symptom preservation guidance to Rule 39 so agents restate and investigate the concrete user-observed symptom before broadening to nearby theories.
  • Cross-link the same expectation from Rule 29 log-driven debugging and AGENTS.md operational guardrails.
  • Add an active task record documenting the two-week audit evidence, local subagent consensus, knowledge/policy updates, and idea hygiene decisions.

SAM State Updates

  • Added knowledge that Raphaël rejects a privileged "primary workspace" token-refresh boundary for warm-pool nodes.
  • Added knowledge/policy that agents must preserve exact observed production/UI symptoms and separate evidence from inference.
  • Updated ideas 01KTK35RWTMAF6ZM169K6TPFPQ, 01KTJXPRR4NEQXPZHNGAC083GN, 01KTN1VGPM7Z3Z4YRHJ0JJJ5YZ, and 01KTHVE80Q4BVJYRG7D23A6WPY without prematurely completing draft/unmerged work.
  • Left agent profiles unchanged because the review found no profile-specific evidence justifying config churn.

Validation

  • git diff --check

Merge State
