Follow-up to acp-kernel#116/#117 (kit absorbed into kernel, v0.0.36 released).

  • acp-kernel 0.0.34 → 0.0.36
  • All 3 protocol branches now drop sub-viability fragments from nudge.compressibleRanges at the single assignment choke point (mirrors billion-context-pi): a tiny range makes batched compress attempts fail atomically since the kernel validates the whole batch. Affects both injected nudge text and acp_status range display.
  • viableRanges comes from the kernel root export (ex-billion-context-kit).

Test plan: npm test 512/512; typecheck clean.
