• Real-session restart tested locally: fold-restore 13 blocks, second restart clean (user-verified 8/22)
• Full suite green on merged master (all files 0 fail), tsc clean, CI 5/5 on fix: re-attach the original openai wire system on rebuild (kernel system hoist) #129/feat: persist the live fold slot across restarts (fixes #130) #131
