Create assert_no_sprint_contamination, assert_qualifying_position_unique, assert_race_position_unique, and assert_no_duplicate_laps. Fix stg_openf1__laps to deduplicate rows from repeated ingestion using argMax, and scope contamination/position tests to handle real F1 data semantics (pre-2010 22-car grids, tied Q1/Q2 eliminations).
