ci: collapse three task wrappers into rainix-sol composite#9
Conversation
Replaces the per-task wrappers with a single workflow that calls the rainix-sol composite reusable from rainlanguage/rainix#140. The composite fans out static, legal, and test as parallel jobs, each on its own runner — same coverage with fewer files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Drops the per-task wrappers in favour of the rainix-sol composite reusable from rainlanguage/rainix#140. Same coverage; one file instead of three.
