New IO_CLASS_SENSOR_CO2/TVOC over uORB sensor_co2/sensor_tvoc, with producer counterparts in the aligned sensor/producer ranges like every other scalar sensor, and IMDS bindings with the standard CO2/VOC Concentration characteristics (0x2B8C ppm, 0x2BE7 ppb).
