This is a GUI application designed and built in java-swing, which encloses tess4j api (which is tesseract-OCR-engine's wrapper for java).
Input: .jpg/.png images containing text
Output: text extracted from images.
The extracted text can be further saved as .txt file.
Tools and Technologies used are: Java, Spring and tess4j library.
