This removes the google.py file and creates two new files:
YouTube.py - This is the same YouTube search command from the google.py file, except it has been converted into /YouTube
search.py - This is now a generically branded web search command. Now using the tavily API, but can be swapped without changing the command name.
This removes google CSE from the bot, ahead of the Jan 1, 2027 deadline for CSE closure.
