lab

Public experimentation zone for qvra.

lab is where unstable prototypes, strange ideas, speculative tools, and sharp unfinished work stay visible long enough to be tested, rejected, promoted, or transformed.

What belongs here

Artifacts in lab should be:

  • genuinely experimental
  • technically interesting
  • directional enough to matter
  • early enough that instability is expected
  • public enough to create curiosity, argument, or future promotion paths

What does not belong here

lab is not:

  • a graveyard
  • a place to hide incomplete work forever
  • an excuse for weak standards
  • a dump of disconnected scraps

Anchor standard

Anything visible in lab should have:

  • a clear experiment statement
  • a visible reason it exists
  • enough structure that others can inspect the direction
  • an obvious next fate: promote, split, merge, or kill

Current role in qvra

lab is one of the gravitational anchors. It keeps the field alive, surprising, and forward-moving.

Related routes:

  • run for tools that have become immediately useful
  • bench for experiments that deserve real comparison
  • show for experiments that already have visible proof
  • pulse for the ongoing motion record of the field
  • forge for experiments that harden into maintained utility

Promotion rule

No experiment should stay here by inertia. It should either move, split, harden, or die.

First live experiment

Status

Active anchor surface.
