skills: drop the vendored copy of the Solana coding skill - #124

It was added temporarily. Keeping a copy in the repository means it drifts: this one predates the rule against markdown tables, so an agent loading it gets guidance the canonical file no longer gives. CONTRIBUTING.md already sends readers to https://github.com/quicknode/solana-claude-skill for coding guidelines, and nothing outside the directory referenced the vendored path.

.claude/skills/solana-anchor-claude-skill/, which was added temporarily.Keeping a copy in the repository means it drifts. This one predates the rule against markdown tables, and its own prose uses em-dashes where the canonical file uses a plain dash, so an agent loading it gets guidance the canonical skill no longer gives. That drift showed up concretely while auditing the Anchor v2 port: the vendored copy was the reason several of the findings existed at all.
CONTRIBUTING.mdalready sends readers to https://github.com/quicknode/solana-claude-skill for coding guidelines, so no edit is needed there. Nothing outside the deleted directory referenced the vendored path, checked across markdown, JSON, YAML, TOML and shell.Generated by Claude Code
