First Plot:
Very interesting to see both the wave functions and their corresponding probability density as the wave function is real.
Nitpick: In the first plot, the y-axis with energy levels is not lined up with the dotted lines for the curves.
Maybe you could have added a sentence on what Heisenberg's uncertainty principle is.

Second plot:
The Wigner function is very well visualized. I especially like that there is some sort of heatmap on the ground as well and that the graph itself is a grid, so you can see more of the back.
I also like that you interpreted the plots and compared it to the first one of their probability density.

Last plots:
I like the idea of showing that a coherent state is a displaced state in phase space and the plots are nicely interactive to show that. You could have added a little interpretation also on that explaining what these plots mean.

I really liked the contour plot below the 3d images for the second plot, looks really well made. I also really liked the interactive plots.

Beautiful plots - good choice of colours. Also nice explanations.
Advice for fig. 2 and similar: use the vmin, vmax arguments to fix the colorscale to a certain range, making it easier to compare plots.
