I really liked the introduction and how it's explained. I would just suggest maybe in the density probability Distribution of Eigenstates of Quantum Harmonic Oscillator to use either the energy levels or not to put the potential, because it'a a little confusing the y-axis being the density probability but then having an energy also there in the graphic.
I also really liked the 3D graphics of the wigner function. And I like the conclusion after the Wigner function of a squeezed vacuum state and maybe you could also add one like this for the Wigner function of a coeherent state.

Really nice explanations and plots to accompany them. I think the only issue i had was some of the latex was not properly rendered, so i had to fix that to view the whole section.

I really like that you explored both fock states, coherent states and squuezed states.
