Summary

• Applies valid Dependabot updates from chore(deps): bump io.qameta.allure:allure-bom from 2.34.0 to 2.35.2 in the maven-framework-libraries group #16 and chore(deps): bump the maven-build-plugins group with 3 updates #17.
• Updates MIT license copyright to match the Playwright TypeScript framework reference repo.
• Adds a repository-specific NOTICE file with original source attribution.
