I'll keep the PR open because we still need the actual sponsorship to be build out so we can use this template later on.

Perhaps we can include their application info as part of this email, this will allow them to review and have a copy of their own sponsorship application.
We can also include a short message saying "if any time you would like to update your infomation go to {{edit_url}}".

Yes, including their application info in the email makes sense. Maybe we could also mention that updates will be reflected in their sponsorship record automatically. Or a specific date up to which applications can be edited alongside the URL.

Added two email templates for when a sponsorship application is received and when it is approved, along with the placeholder for next steps. I have put these email templates in a separate folder under the templates folder for easy access.
This PR addresses issue #19.
