This respository contains the following directories:

latex - The LaTeX source code for the PDF version of the lecture notes, as hosted on EarthArXiv.

html - The web-version of the lecture notes as hosted on the author's home page. These files were compiled from the LaTeX source code using htlatex.

practicals - Input files for the R/Matlab practicals.
