Move UI querying logic to the database
This is needed so we can store meta needed for physical data layout.
This implements control flow on top of monoidal structure.
We need it for formatting JS APIs.
<Workflow /> now works with the new workflow lang but <Console /> isn't updated yet. Will be updated in the next commits.
Use polymorphic variants instead.
