Summary

Simplifies GoHireHumans into a broad, marketplace-first experience while keeping QA as an optional starting point rather than the global identity.

What changed

• Replaced the QA-first public navigation with Marketplace | Find Work | For Agents | Pricing | Trust, plus separate Sign in and Post a task actions.
• Reduced the homepage to five primary modules: broad buyer hero, compact starter chooser/draft intake, combined process/trust module, three-service preview, and worker/agent paths.
• Put mobile marketplace inventory before optional filters; collapsed service filters by default and demoted seller acquisition below inventory.
• Added keyboard-accessible service cards and explicit View details affordances.
• Separated global zero-inventory states from filtered-empty states for jobs and services, with clear-filter recovery and out-of-range pagination repair.
• Preserved truthful zero-review semantics and clarified Human service / Agent service labels.
• Made pricing fee-first and compressed Pricing, Starter Offers, Trust & Safety, and the shared footer while retaining fee/payment/dispute/privacy disclosures.
• Added canonical public-nav/footer partials, a full-shell synchronization tool, static guardrails, and CI drift enforcement across 135 static pages.
• Preserved intent-event continuity while removing premature generate_lead events from draft-link clicks.

Independent review fixes

• Prevented the homepage “Describe a task” chooser from corrupting the SPA hash route.
• Replaced mouse-only marketplace cards with semantic links and visible keyboard focus.
• Prevented filtered-empty jobs/services from falsely claiming global zero inventory.
• Added pagination recovery and honest API-error summaries.
• Canonicalized mobile menus as well as desktop nav/footer; excluded generated Playwright artifacts from synchronization.
• Strengthened managed-QA manual-concierge and shell-packaging regressions.

Boundaries

• No application, order, payment, refund, payout, settlement, or hiring state was changed.
• No outreach or external messages were sent.
• The refund watchdog remains paused.
• Authenticated buyer/worker flows remain covered by existing automated regressions; this release primarily changes the public shell and public marketplace discovery paths.
