Update the HR demo configs to the renamed CPEX/APL config keys (contextforge-org/cpex#105): identity -> authentication policy -> authorization.pre_invocation (cpex.yaml, nested form) -> pre_invocation (cpex-cel.yaml, flat form) cpex.yaml showcases the nested `authorization:` block; cpex-cel.yaml keeps its flat-form demonstration. The `args:` / `result:` field-pipeline keys are unchanged. Verified: both configs load through cpex install_builtins + load_config_yaml against the dev cpex checkout.
