This PR improves both the UI and documentation of the GoodFirstIssue project.

Changes Made

• Updated index.html with pastel yellow, pastel blue, and light green labels
• Added hover effects for better interactivity
• Expanded README.md with About, Features, Installation, Contributing, and Recent Changes sections
• Added comments and improved error messages in JS files (authenticate.js, fetchdata.js)
• Cleaned up CSS and ensured responsive design

Motivation

These changes make the project more beginner-friendly, visually appealing, and easier to understand for new contributors.
