This PR performs a comprehensive update to the project's documentation and organization. Key changes include renaming directories and files to a consistent PascalCase (e.g., ErrorHandling, Deque, AnagramCheckSortedSol.py), updating all relative links in the root and subdirectory READMEs, and ensuring all algorithm complexity mentions use LaTeX notation. The root README's Table of Contents has also been corrected to use the proper GitHub-style slugs for headings containing emojis. All 50 Python scripts have been verified to execute correctly (excluding interactive ones), and all documentation links have been validated.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 535571555793908497 started by @ppant

- Updated root README.md and subdirectory README.md files to reflect renaming and correct file paths.
- Fixed Table of Contents anchor links in root README to follow emoji-slugging rules.
- Updated algorithm complexity notation to use LaTeX consistently across all documentation.
- Verified all 50 Python scripts and markdown links.
