Summary
The Azure Managed Identity service connection is now available to every project with an AKS cluster, so the docs no longer need to send users to support to enable it.

Context
Triggered by porter-dev/code#5638, which removes the per-project feature flag that previously gated the Azure Managed Identity connection option in the dashboard. With the flag gone, the connection is enabled by default for all Azure cluster projects.
