This repository contains a derivation and implementation of a Gibbs sampler to classify emails as spam or not spam. To see a full derivation of the sampler as well as the code and results, see the Gibbs Sampler Derivation pdf. To run this particular sampler on your own, download and store gibbs_sampler.r as well as spam.csv and set your working directory to wherever you have it stored.
