Add published ComOS and General Legal app pages

Regenerates the app-store snapshot from the canonical merged metadata source after both signed catalogue entries went live. Adds theme-compatible vector marks for the two new pages.

ComOS copy is deliberately scoped to the connector’s 12 read-only methods, single outbound host, audit grant, no filesystem grant, and upstream-content caveat.

Validation:

• npm run build (430 pages)
• npm run check:site (35,621 internal references)
• npm run check:plain (104 pairs, no orphans)
• npm audit (0 vulnerabilities)
• 390px mobile QA for both pages: no horizontal overflow, working breadcrumbs/canonicals, and copy-safe install commands without a shell prompt marker
