Patton Build is an AI operating system for custom home builders.
This public repository is the product front door for Patton Build. It explains the product architecture, safety model, reference build, and public proof artifacts without exposing private production code, customer data, credentials, or operating history.
Custom home builders do not need another chatbot or another dashboard. They need one calm operating map for the day:
- What changed?
- Who owns it?
- What needs approval?
- What proof exists?
- What happens if the builder approves?
Patton Build is designed around repeatable operating loops:
trigger -> gather evidence -> reason -> draft next action -> ask approval -> record -> learn
patton-ai/builder-os-runtime- fixture-backed agent runtime slice for workflow routing, source-backed answer envelopes, approval gates, audit events, and memory signals.patton-ai/patton-build- this product and architecture front door.
Production/customer repos remain private by design.
- Architecture - product and runtime map.
- Safety And Approvals - why sensitive actions stay approval-gated.
- AI Lab Reviewer Guide - the fastest path for technical reviewers.
- Reference Build - what exists publicly versus what remains private.
Patton Build is in active product development. The public surface is intentionally curated:
- public docs and diagrams for the product story,
- a sanitized runtime slice that can be cloned and tested,
- demo visuals with fake data,
- no private customer records or live credentials.
AI should make the builder calmer, not less accountable.
Patton Build can prepare decisions, explain source evidence, draft next actions, and record approvals. It should not silently send external messages, change financial truth, submit permits, move customer files, or mutate production systems without explicit human approval.
