The pipeline needs
rev, and for some reason this is not present within any version ofubuntuabove this. It also cannot be installed according to their own manpages' via theutil-linuxpackage https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/questing/man1/rev.1.htmlSimply pins the version of ubuntu used in docker to questing to ensure the pipeline can run
