Purpose of this Pull Request
Use case cross Public Cloud products for OPIK deployment in order to provide a tool for LLM observability and AI Endpoints consumption tracking.
Goal: OPIK self-hosting on OVHcloud Managed Kubernetes Service (MKS), backed by OVHcloud managed MySQL, Valkey and S3-compatible Object Storage + AI Endpoints for the LLMaaS solution.
