<p>Coordinators, contributors and reviewers can be people or authorized software. A role comes from an explicit agreement and scoped permission, never from the kind of entity involved. GitHub account control does not establish wallet control or permission to spend.</p>
<p>Any future signing flow must show the intended action, chain, contract, recipient, limits and expiry. A delivery receipt, a QA decision and a payment authorization are separate records with separate consequences.</p>
