Summary

replace external dependency root API pages with explicit GitHub Pages stubs
preserve documentation runtime files and project-owned root API pages byte-for-byte
cover both docs/ and docs/ReasBook/ layouts

Validation

full capability SDK test suite passed
deploy suite: 139/139
git diff check passed
