@jkaurredhat It's okay to override results if you have investigated them and determined them to be flakes/unrelated errors, but please comment indicating that you have done so (and ideally link to a bug describing the flake/unrelated error).

In this case, the failure should have been resolved by openshift/openstack-test#253 but promotion failed. @mandre has fixed this here openshift/release#78978 so if this test was re-run it should now pass.
