epic #183). The Codex hook trust-review requirement is stated up front, right after the
problem paragraph.

Deviation from the brief: the brief's suggested one-liner was "Chock policies as Codex
plugins —
/plugin marketplace add open-coder-ai/chock-codex-plugins". That command does notexist for this repo — Codex installs from a
[marketplaces.chock-codex]block in~/.codex/config.toml, not a/plugin marketplace addslash command (verified: no suchstring appears anywhere in this repo). The one-liner was corrected to describe the actual
install mechanism and the hook-trust requirement instead of the unsupported command.
