Summary

  • Trims profile/README.md to one screen, under 250 words, per the W69 brief
(org-plan#189, epic org-plan#183) and the shared README standard.
  • Keeps the org mark, the bio sentence, the "rule we hold ourselves to" quote (the brand),
and the family table reduced to its first four rows (primitives → compiler → policies →
    evidence) plus the threat-ledger row.
  • Adds a "Start here" pointer (chock / agentseam / context-report) and a "Help wanted" link
to the org's open good first issues.
  • Cut nothing that was load-bearing: the fuller "What we build" table, the "Two minutes to a
blocked commit" walkthrough, "Contribute", and "Where things happen" sections are dropped
from this landing page in favor of linking straight to each repo, which itself now carries
    the fuller description.

Test plan

  • Word count under 250 (224).
  • org-mark.svg relative link resolves; external repo links match what was already on
main (unchanged targets, just fewer of them).

Part of the org-wide README refresh (org-plan#183). Sibling PRs on chock-quickstart,
chock-example and chock-threat-intel; report at org-plan plan/spine-a/reports/w69.md.

Shorten profile/README.md to under 250 words: the bio sentence, the
family table's first five rows, the existing "rule we hold ourselves
to" quote, a Start here pointer, and a Help wanted link.
