Adds Shortcircuit XT, a sample-initiated instrument being actively developed by the Surge Synth Team, from https://github.com/surge-synthesizer/shortcircuit-xt.
Note: only release is tagged "Nightly" (not semver); version folder uses the build date embedded in the asset filenames. Used the app icon as the preview image since no README screenshot was found.
