Explicitly use Tart’s softnet backend instead of relying on its default networking mode, which may fail to provide the guest with a reachable IP address. This ensures Sand can reliably reach macOS VMs over SSH.
Try the Tart guest-agent resolver first, with DHCP fallback for VMs that do not have the guest agent. Add regression coverage for both resolution paths.
