Summary

• Refresh SolidStart, Solid, Vinxi, Tailwind, PostCSS, and related website dependencies.
• Migrate the lockfile from bun.lockb to the current text bun.lock after a clean Bun install.
• Update PostCSS config for Tailwind 4's @tailwindcss/postcss package split.
• Add an h3 override to force the patched transitive version required to clear the remaining audit findings.

Closes #1.
