Persist the unscaled editor base size so desktop text scaling remains independent and continues to apply on top of the user's preference.

Omawrite follows desktop text scaling, but it does not provide a way to adjust the editor text independently. This adds
Ctrl++andCtrl+=to increase the editor font size,Ctrl+-to decrease it, andCtrl+0to restore the shipped 20px size. Adjustments use 2px steps and remain within 10–48px.Backend owns the unscaled base size through a Q_PROPERTY and persists it under
editor/fontSize. QML continues to apply the existing Omarchy and GNOME desktop text scaling on top of that base size. The keyboard shortcut dialog and README document the controls.
